The SCS proposal encapsulates MANY aspects of higher education.
In an ideal world, the SCS would be a “blow up” style of solution meaning that it’s implementation would would mean a gradual breakdown of the current system with this as the replacement.
For the sake of this design challenge, we have highlighted the major structural changes that the SCS would employ. The list below is not exhaustive.
